We are at a critical time in our history where job security and job stability are being severely challenged, a time where wealth creation and wealth accumulation are becoming increasingly hard to do, but you know, getting the right knowledge, making the right decisions, hanging with the right people and reading the right books can help you overcome these challenges right here right now at the dawn of the 21st Century.
I am writing to acknowledge the importance of accessing the right information and of course, the importance of crossing the threshold of reading more to access critical wealth thinking skills along with getting important and valuable information that is literally at your finger tip with the click of a computer mouse button. Knowledge is power and reading good books about what you want to do in life gives you knowledge and helps shorten the learning curve in accomplishing and realizing your potential.
Right now, workers and corporate employees in our economy are finding out the truth about 21st Century job prospects; that profound truth is that a shifting volatile job market
is forcing many into the categories of the under-employed, un-employed and not being able to find meaningful employment that pays a decent middle class wage.
The reason for this shift is because the economy and society are getting rid of the Industrial Age employment system and going toward an Information Age system where knowledge workers are becoming more and more in demand. In the past machines did the bulk of the work, conversely now and in the future people who are acquiring a college education, information technology skill sets and professional occupation knowledge are finding out that these are the types of job skills that move the economy along in a
fast-paced 21st Century.
Now is the time to commit to increasing your knowledge and growth over time with development and experience in emotional strength, people skills and business knowledge
and information; the goal each day is to get a little better and build on the previous day’s progress of getting knowledge and understanding of the world around you .
To move forward and become a financial success the “Think Ownership” mindset should become a part of your educational program to assure you of present and future financial prosperity. Job skills and job knowledge obtained from education and employment sure be utilized to start and own a successful business enterprise early on in your career and also this knowledge and education should be put to use to help you navigate life’s pursuits; your goals are obtainable and should be written down some where close so that you can see them at least twice a day; once in the morning and once in the evening; this will keep them in the forefront of your mind; once a commitment is made to your goals your mind will open up and things will start to happen to help you map out and accomplish your dreams, goals and aspirations.
In the past most students and young adults were not encouraged to go into business for themselves or to become entrepreneurs; we were mostly told and taught how to become great employees and to work for large corporations; to a large degree this is no longer viable; the future looks brighter for those with more marketable knowledge and skills
of a business and entrepreneurial mindset.
Some Information Age jobs that are good prospects for the future are Internet, Information Technology, Sales, Business Management, Accounting, Health Care, Education, Physical Therapy, Ecoscience, Engineering, Hospitality, Environment and Professional Services.
The future does not look bright and fulfilling for corporate employees; the smart thing to do now for future prosperity is to move toward ownership of your own business; this is why the Goldmind Online says “Think Ownership”.
